REGULAR SOCIALS
Whether it’s for an incentive for sales, or just because we want to, we arrange regular team get-togethers from our yearly Christmas party to golf in the dark, escape rooms and more!
FUN THURSDAYS
On the last Thursday of the month we arrange a Fun Thursday. Every month is different but we have enjoyed everything from sport massages to smoothies and pizza days!
STAR OF THE MONTH
Each month in our staff newsletter we choose a star of the month. This could be work related or to celebrate something a member of staff has achieved out side of work. Each star of the month receives a free Deliveroo on us!
PENSION SCHEME
All companies now have to offer a company pension scheme and Marketscan is no different. We have a contributory pension scheme where we pay additional money into your pension scheme as long as you do. What’s not to love about that?
CHARITY EVENTS
Giving back is really important to our values as a business (you can read more about that on our CSR page). We have regular events where we put back, from shopping challenges for Stonepillow to Bake off competitions.
